It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Leopoldo “Pol” Moselina, a staunch advocate for the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC). Known as the “Fisher of Men” for his tireless efforts in child rights advocacies, Pol was instrumental as CWC’s consultant for the 2nd compliance report for the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), which received high praise from the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child. He was also the former Head of the Child Protection Section at UNICEF.

His legacy and dedication to the welfare of children will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, Pol. Your impact will forever be remembered.
