The Council for the Welfare of Children and ECPAT Philippines will sign a Memorandum of Understanding linking the Makabata Helpline 1383 and the ECPAT Helpline/Hotline to address online sexual abuse of children and the proliferation of child sexual abuse and exploitation materials.
