Workshop on the Formulation of the Regional Plan of Action for Children (RPAC)
Regional Director Shalaine Marie S. Lucero, CESO IV, of the DSWD VII and RCWC VII Chairperson supported the Visayas Cluster’s Workshop on the Formulation of the Regional Plan of Action for Children (RPAC) conducted on 24-29 July 2023 at Goldberry Hotel, Cebu City. Regional Committees and Sub-Committees for the Welfare of Children from Regions VI, VII, and VIII participated in the workshop.
The representatives of the different member agencies and organizations of the RSCWCs showed their commitment to making a difference in the lives of the children in their respective regions by actively participating in the discussions and workshops on the priority child rights deprivations, causality analysis, theory of change, change strategies, risks and assumptions, and results and resources framework.
