The Localization and Institutionalization Division of the Council for the Welfare of Children conducted the 4th leg of the Workshop on the Development of the Regional Plan of Action for Children (RPAC) in Cagayan de Oro City from 07-12 August 2023. Thirty-three representatives from the different member agencies of the RSCWC actively participated in the activity.

Regional Director Ramel F. Jamen of the Department of Social Welfare and Development X graced the Workshop and reminded the participants from the RCSCWC IX, X, and BARMM that in crafting the RPAC, they should take into consideration the dreams of the children in their respective region.

At the end of the 4-day Workshop, the RSCWCs were able to draft their RPAC, which will be finalized before the end of the year.
