In Photos: The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) through the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Division conducted a Regional Consultation Meeting with the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children (RSCWC) Bicol members on June 6, 2024 at Hotel Sentro, Legazpi City.

This consultation aimed to integrate regional perspective in the Zero Draft of the Theory of Change (ToC) Narrative and Logic Model, gather inputs on the context and theme (Violence Against Children) of the 2024 State of the Filipino Children Report (SOFCR), identify the composition and institutional arrangements of the Regional Award Committee (RAC) for the Presidential Award for Child-Friendly Municipalities and Cities (PACFMC), and lobby regional support for the establishment of a child-centered Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework and SOFCR.

Members of the RSCWC Bicol present in the consultation were the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office V, Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office V, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) 5, Department of Health Bicol Center for Health and Development (DOH Bicol CHD), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office V, Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Regional Office 5, and Fundacion Educacion Y Cooperacion – EDUCO.
