Mahalagang mamulat nang maaga ang mga bata sa mga pagdiriwang sapagkat parte ito ng makulay at makasaysayang kultura at tradisyon ng bansang Pilipinas. Sa kabilang banda, may kaakibat din na kapahamakan sa mga bata ang mga malalaking pagdiriwang lalo na dahil sa maraming dumadagsang tao, ibat-ibang pagkain, at may mga mapagsamantalang indibidwal.
