We officially started the National Children’s Month activities through “ππ’π¬ππ π§π π¦π π ππππ: ππ‘π ππππ’π¨π§ππ₯ ππ‘π’π₯ππ«ππ§’π¬ ππ¨π§ππ‘ ππ’ππ€-π¨ππ πππ«ππ¦π¨π§π²” at Valenzuela City Amphitheater, November 6, 2023. It was indeed an opening festive celebration to highlight children’s rights to survive, develop, participate, and be protected with the guidance of their parents, guardians, teachers, and duty-bearers.
