The Council for the Welfare of Children participated in the 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 (𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐃) earlier, November 9, 2023.
