Yesterday, 22nd February, 2024, the Council for the Welfare of Children and Makabata Helpline 1383 and the City of Antipolo solidified their commitment to the Filipino children by signing a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.
