The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) – Makabata Helpline and World Vision Philippines formally signed a 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 last 18th July 2023.
