The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) congratulates its newly appointed employees! Led by Undersecretary Angelo M. Tapales, Executive Director of CWC, the Oath of Office Ceremony was held today, Thursday, 30 January 2025, to officially welcome four (4) newly appointed employees.
