The Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC), under the leadership of Undersecretary Angelo M. Tapales, is proud to announce that for the second consecutive year, the Commission on Audit (COA) has rendered an unmodified opinion on the CWC’s Fiscal Year 2024 financial statements. The Unmodified Opinion affirms the financial integrity, accuracy, and transparency of the agency through its strict adherence to the highest accounting and auditing standards.
With this strong foundation, we are even more dedicated to lobbying for the Magna Carta for Children and the Philippine Commission on Children to build a brighter, more secure future for every Filipino child.
