General Functions:


  1. Exercises overall supervision and direction, monitoring &evaluation of programs and activities of the division and ensure all targets & commitments are met;
  2. Facilitate integration of Child 21 and other national plans in the local development and investment plan and monitor its implementation
  3. Initiate activities that would strengthen CWC structures & institutions in all levels;
  4. Provide direction to efficient management of RSCWC and all other sub-regional structures;
  5. Ensure efficient feedback system for sub-national structures to CWC Board & other national networks;
  6. Prepares semi-annual progress reports on RSCWC and other local structures on the implementation of projects
  7. Recommend timely actions on issues & concerns generated from the local level;
  8. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Executive Director.
