THE COUNCIL FOR THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN (CWC) IS URGENTLY IN NEED OF ONE (1) COMPUTER MAINTENANCE TECHNOLOGIST I (CMT I)

Salary : Php 25,290.00/month (SG 14)
Employment Status : Contract of Service (renewable)
Designated Workstation : Management Information System (MIS) – Office of the
              Executive Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
  • With at least four (4) hours relevant training
  • Basic knowledge of Installing, Configuring and Administering Windows Server
  • Basic knowledge in Network Fundamentals, Routing Protocols and Concepts, LAN Switching and Wireless and Accessing the WAN

Functions:

  1. Install, configure and maintain ICT hardware equipment and software application;
  2. Provide hardware/software technical support and assistance to all end users;
  3. Manage, identify problems and perform maintenance to servers, network, desktop, printers, power supply and other network/computer equipment;
  4. Monitoring and maintain computer systems, networks, security updates and antivirus;
  5. Conduct inventory of all hardware/network/telecom equipment and software. Administer IT archives, software disks, manuals, documentation, back-up tapes and IT consumable supplies within the Office;
  6. Preparation of IT Equipment for the Business Continuity Program; and
  7. Perform other functions that may be required.
