Salary Grade: 15 (PhP 27,565.00/month)

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience Requirements: 1 year relevant experience
Training Requirements: 4 hours of relevant training
Civil Service Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility
Preferred Qualification: Must possess excellent communication, analytical and technical writing skills and computer literate    

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Study specific areas of children concerns and problems and submit findings and recommendations for policy and program implications;
  2. Develop national situationer on assigned sector of children that includes on-going responses and programs and services by national agencies;
  3. Develop/write concept papers and project proposals;
  4. Prepare accomplishment, implementation and monitoring reports;
  5. Provide technical and secretariat support to assigned national structures; and
  6. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor or directors.

Requirements:

  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with latest passport size photo, cedula and thumbmark
  • Certified true copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Authenticated copy of Certificate of Eligibility (CSC or RA 1080)
  • Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities and Certificate of seminars/trainings attended (if applicable)
  • Qualified applicants must also submit copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) or its equivalent. All applicants must have a Very Satisfactory rating during the last rating period to qualify (if applicable).
