  General Functions:


  1. Study specific areas of children concerns and problems and submit findings and recommendations for policy and program recommendation/development;
  2. Develop national situationer on assigned sector of children that includes existing responses by national agencies;
  3. Develop/write concept papers and project proposals;
  4. Prepare accomplishment, implementation and monitoring reports;
  5. Provide technical and secretariat support to assigned national structures ; and
  6. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Executive Director.

  • Certified true copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Authenticated copy of  Certificate of Eligibility (CSC or RA 1080)
  • Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities and Certificate of seminars/trainings attended (if applicable)
  • Qualified applicants must also submit Copy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) or its equivalent. All applicants must have a Very Satisfactory rating during the last rating period to qualify (if applicable).
